Day in day out you’re focusing on efficiency, bottom line, etc. But it’s equally important your employees are motivated and inspired. If they feel they can make a difference they will go an extra mile. And in the hospitality business that is the competitive edge. With that in mind here’s this week’s challenge.
The little things sometimes make the biggest impact. Have your team notice then write down ways they are helping guests. It could be calling the front desk for a lost key card or picking up something that has dropped.
Post some of the results on the board and write a big THANK YOU! on the board to encourage them to continue doing good.
